- Shana joined the team in September 2021 as Venture Associate in the early-stage team, based in Paris. Shana is particularly interested in startups with an expert team and a strong product-focused strategy. Before joining Iris Capital, Shana was Associate at Axeleo Capital, sourcing and leading investigations and investments in pre-seed and seed investments in B2B tech. She started her career within the Venture team at Plug and Play France where she helped build partnerships between corporates and startups.
