- Andrei started his career in finance before launching his own company in training and personal development for young professionals. In search of a new ambitious challenge, he joined Aircall in 2016 as one of the first employees in Business Development. His career evolved quickly as he moved into global Sales Leadership, acting as Aircall's VP Sales today. Andrei experienced the scale from an early-stage startup to a 800+ employee unicorn. He now focuses on international development and recently opened offices in Sydney, London and Berlin.
