- Charles he holds a Master's degrees from Ecole Centrale Paris, Columbia University and Sciences Po Paris in Public Affairs. He began his career at McKinsey in 2013 and create the startup Bloom at Work in 2017. In May 2021, Bloom at Work is acquired by Lucca and Charles joined the big Lucca family as Engagement Product Manager before being promoted to HRD in March 2022.
